Hi Niki,
Welcome back, I noticed you hadn't posted in a bit and was about to ask Fee how you were.
Glad you had a good outing with the kids.
Lots going on here.
Change of boyfriend, roadside stand getting finished as I type and the garden is going bananas.
Not many eggs this year as I haven't been able to get replacement hens. But we have enough for ourselves.
I got a mini-van for Christmas and on Palm Sunday we took my donkey to church in it.
A hay shed is next on the agenda as my donkey is asthmatic and his vet said to get the hay out of the barn and clean the barn with a Shop-Vac to get rid of all the dust we could.
I got another cat, he got lost for 10 days recently but luckily was found and is safe at home again.
We've been freezing strawberries and rhubarb, next we have to freeze some spinach and kale, then put stakes and strings up for the peas. We have a spaghetti squash climbing the fence and LOTS of courgettes (zucchini) right now.
We have over 125 tomato plants, other squash, melons, cukes, red cabbage and a pumpkin among other things and lots of salad greens. We actually spaced the mizuna out right this year and its growing great.
Take Care of yourself and get someone to give you a hug for me.

Lois
