Cooking with Cob nuts

Post: # 32671Post Dave »

I put some cobs in a risotto the other day and they were absolutly delicious. Just put them in near the start of cooking and they soak up all the stock - mmmmm.

Any other cob/hazelnut recipes? - Still got a bag full.

Bread, biscuits, cakes, use in place of walnuts, meatless loaf, anything really where you would (or could) use nuts.

Of course! - I always just think of savoury things never sweet. I'm off work with a stinking cold so I think I need some comfort food - Thanks
