not used to the permafrost melting up there?
it's been lovely down here in Sussex today as well - absolutely perfect weather - and more to come!
I'm a total unabashed sun-worshipper - it's just wonderful feeling those rays on you, charging up the old batteries

I'm about 12 miles inland (roughly north of Eastbourne), and in quite a sheltered spot - it was sweltering in the garden, but did notice the wind still had a bit of a chill in it when I took the dogs for a walk! 8)
Still jolly nice though!
I have a new way at looking at a windy day "Good wind turbining day today!"

Funny thing was - I had an email from my Dad back in Oz, saying it was a cool day as the temperature had dropped to 18C.ina wrote:Half an hour ago it was still 20 degree... Unbearably hot!![]()

I was having a look at my weather diary for last year, and there were only two days where the temperature rose above 20C up here. Both times it just nudged 21C. That's about half what I would describe as hot!
