Yes you certainly can freeze them but you need to add either a pinch of salt or a pinch of sugar when you lightly beat them, apparently that stops them becoming a solid lump (but I have never tried it without).Annpan wrote:I think we have had these lists at some point before, not that I am complaining![]()
I think if you beat the eggs then you can freeze them for baking (but I might be wrong) If I ever get any spare eggs (any eggs would be a good start) I will be pickling them.
though I don't know how long they keep?
