Anyone know what other seeds I can roast like this- butternut? I have quite a few of those stashed. What about summer squashes (for next year that is), I guess sunflower- I must grow one next year...

Actually, I remember now. I didn't roast them, I toasted them in a dry frying pan. If you do that I recommend wearing a full face helmet with the visor downPeggy Sue wrote:ooo that seems like a nice idea! I just put them in the over straight from the pumpkin- lovely smell but much more chewy than the shop ones so maybe not the right temp/time or even that they should be dried first?
