My question is, there seems very little difference between cordial and wine making so how can I store my cordials without them fermenting? I was planning on bottling them in plastic bottles but can do glass, I suppose then I can sterilise them in the oven and add the liquid while warm (as in Jam making) to stop the yeasts growing?
My worry is the bottles exploding
Last year I froze them in plastic bottles but I only have a small freezer and this is not ideal.

I have all my Dads old recipe books for wine but sadly the equipment is long gone.
