I saw just about every punk band that ever existed, plus some reggae bands who were often on at the same gigs and a few supporting bands that turned out to be bands such as the Human League and the Special AKA when they were unknowns.

Then later on David Bowie a few times, Madonna , INXS, Spandau Ballet, Culture Club, Paul Simon, Thin Lizzy (yawn), Eric Clapton, and various punk bands having revivals in the 80s . I think the last gig I ever went to was Hall & Oates in the early 90s.

I did have tickets for the Rolling Stones in Lyon in the 90s but they cancelled!

Last thing I would ever want to do, ever again, is go to see live music! Crowds and noise, no thank you!

Annpan you saw the Barenaked Ladies?!?!? OOOHH!!! Are they good live? I've got most of their CDs... but I don't want to see them and then they be terrible

Niki I saw Bare Naked Ladies at T in The Park several years ago and it's safe to say they were fantastic live! They pulled a bod out of the audience onto the stage and taught him to play (very easy) rhythm guitar to one of their pieces.

Wonder what Annpan thought of them...

Baring in mind that it was around 8 years ago that I saw them they were fantastic... full on entertainment... really funny and great fun. They do a few sing alongs and silly mashups, and talk about kraft cheesy pasta. I would go and see them again at the drop of a hat.

brilliant!!! I'm putting them down on my "to do" list then!!
After seeing Moses live I get a bit worried now that bands who I think are fantastic live will be awful! So! Now I have ti on good authority from 2 people that they are ace... I'm going to see em!
