WELL out of date !
Hi,while rooting around in the garage for home-brewing kit my OH found a Boots London Bitter making kit (makes 40 pints) Date on bottom of tin says April 2000. Not being one to throw anything away,should we give it a go? Or are we heading for disaster if we do?
For us to lose contact with the soil results in real unease and maladjustment...to recapture it affords profound joy and inward comfort. Sam Ogden

personally, if the tin was intact etc, i would use it. but its your choice (ie dont sue me

I'd agree with that. Like all other "out-of-date" canned products, it should be perfectly OK as long as the can isn't damaged. On the other hand, the result may well depend upon Boots London Bitter being any good in the first place
