German version ?

Post: # 189303Post paul123456 »

Hello there ,

today I seen a German website w3.selbstversorgerforum.de/.Found it by coincidience because
there was a topic started on their forum about my furniture .
But , after looking around there was a post suggesting of starting an English version , to create an
international bridge , interesting !
The whole set up and layout of the site seems to be very the same as this one , or coincidience ?
Opinions ?

regards ,

Paul

It's much too bright and hurt my eyes. Other than that I can't comment cos it is in German.

Hi Paul.

I'm exactly not sure what you're suggesting. Any members of selbstversorgerforum(?) are already welcome to join Ish, as are we presumably welcome to join them. Were you just letting us know about it or suggesting some sort of merger?

for those that can't read German, babel-fish attempts to translate

the sites run the same forum software, there is only so much you can change design wise and still have the forum work the way people expect

Sorry Paul, I can't speak or read German  nor English apparently if the Babel fish translation is anything to go by.

As far as I can see from my very limited German, it's simply someone asking on a German self-sufficiency site whether or not it might be a good idea to have an English-speaking section on their board so that non-German speakers can post. I can't see any suggestions of merging with other forums.
