Hello folks
I am working on something at the moment and looking for original wine and beer recipes. (ie not ones already published). If you have any that you might want to share with the world then please give me an email or pm.
Cheers!

I am quite proud of my Beet wine.
this is one of my first posts.
Since gooseberries are regional and very seasonal.
basically you could substitute Lime zest and juice to replace
the gooseberries for the tartness and acidic balance.
I use two limes per gallon.
when I use limes, I call it "Sublime" Beet wine.
