ASDA stopped selling organic bread

Post: # 134886Post Marc »

I was annoyed to discover that ASDA have stopped selling organic bread. I liked their organic wholemeal, but no more I'm afraid. I have a feeling that T***o may have stopped as well so from now on I'll be shopping at Sainsbury's as they still do it (and it's good too) :thumbright: :thumbleft:

Bristol must be an oasis of good food our their seems to be a competition for the most local flour and it we have a choice of not just local wholemeal but spelt, seeded and granary flour. Did not realise how lucky we are. As for supermarkets not shopped in any for over a year now, again we are lucky to have the option here. Well I say that but I do have to work for my ethics shopping at many different shops.

I would love to make bread but no oven (or electricity) available so would be rather difficult. Likewise in a very cramped space crumbs from unsliced bread are an issue so generally buy sliced. Wish I a had a house,
