where do i get ex battery chickens?

Do you keep livestock? Having any problems? Want to talk about it, whether it be sheep, goats, chickens, pigs, bees or llamas, here is your place to discuss.

I have been told that there is a waiting list of 60 people in my area - not hens, people, that could be hundreds and hundreds of hens...

I don't think I'd be likely to get 'em until next year :(

I am going to ask about locally for unwanted ones instead.
