What veg ?

Post: # 96741Post Brod »

I've just rescued an area of land back from the clutches of the demon bramble and nettles (All dug over and the roots grubbed out). Its a lovely dark friable loam, any ideas on what veg would gain the most benefit from what looks like a very fertile soil ?

South-east facing, fairly open (ie catches the sun) and well drained.

ooo loads of things you could do there.. if you think its pretty rich soil might be best to stay way from roots.. maybe do courgettes or squash?
