Hi all,

My name's Sharon, a middle-aged ex Londoner who arrived in Crewe via Norway. I currently live in a small terraced house with my teenage daughter and dog.

I'm by no means self sufficient but am here to hopefully pick up some tips on recycling/reusing and other ways to green up my life.

Sadly I became an active part of the mass consumerism society but have had enough. I want to go back to a better, simpler way of living, the way I lived before I moved back to the UK and got caught up in the "spend, spend, spend" trend.
