Hello! Welcome to the forum.

I've just bought my bf a home-brewing kit for his birthday (he's a big real ale fan) so doubtless I'll be asking you for advice at various points!

Welcome from scotland pal.

Pop down the Home Brew section. Loads of ideas and advice in there for wines.
