when your heart swells with pride.....

Little one (10 months) on hip I went up to the veg patch to grab a tomato to chop onto some couscous for her lunch, as I bent down to pull off the largest reddest one I could see she had it away before me. Back down to the house with her chomping on a tomato half the size of her head, big grin on her face. Not much left by the time lunch was ready!

Nice to be reminded why I´m doing all of this.....
baby-loving, earth-digging, bread-baking, jam-making, off-grid, off-road 21st century domestic goddess....
