Tai Chi

Post: # 61105Post chadspad »

Does anyone here do Tai Chi? I would like a recommendation please of a DVD that will show me the poses of Tai Chi rather than just warms ups and relaxing exercises. I have several of those which are great but not what Im after. I want to do it like on Karate Kid (its the only thing I could think of lol) - would that be the 24 forms? Thanks

Have you tried typing in Tai chi to you tube? I found the first 2-4 forms of tai chi chang style on there.

I've only done it once at a tater class and it was amazing how relaxed I felt afterwards. One of my best ever bike rides home from the class.
