My very first tomato ever!

Post: # 57269Post Seagull »

I planted a vegetable garden for the first time this year and this morning, I noticed a very tiny green tomato where a flower had been yesterday. Yeh! The very first tomato that I ever grew! There should be lots more though where it came from, since we have five tomato plants.

Yeay!

There's nothign better than the first veg you ever grew - enjoy it, savour the taste and then save the seeds for next year

How is your summer there in Freiburg? Sounds like it must be better than the UK or northern France as everyone's tomatoes are dead from the blight!
