summer colds

I have an absolute stinker of a cold - and have done since Friday - I seem to be the only one around here wearing a jumper outside! - I know technically its not summer but it feels like it and don't summer colds seem so much worse - when you cant make the best use of the weather etc...

and I'm grumpy!

Sorry to hear you're not feeling well. Use it as an excuse for a day off work and sit out in the fresh air. I'm sure it'll do you the world of good. Just wrap up well and keep warm.

Lots of honey, lemon and ginger!

My dad always swears by a tot of whisky (bear in mind a tot can range from a shot to three) and putting on as many layers of clothing as possible, after a hot bath, then getting into bed and covering yourself up and sleeping it all off!
