But how long should I let my mung bean sprouts grow for?

I have grown alfa alpha before but not the mungs. They are coming along nicely after 4 days. But how long should I leave them before a major munching session?

Oh goodness, I have a head like a sieve, I have just noticed the thread on sprouting by sunpuppy. I will go and look there again. I even posted on there. How silly of me.
