BACK AGAIN!!!

Post: # 46818Post green-girl »

Hi Everyone, new and old!

I'm back from the land of nowhere! LOL

Actually, city-life got the better of me for a good 12 months. But now, I'm over it, I want my ' green country' back!

I can write about it all elsewhere, but I just wanted to say a big hello to you all again!

Hi Nev & Andy

I'm glad to be back! Darn city life just drags you around, doesn't it? A whole year gone before I even knew it!

Sadly, I'm one of those people who comes and goes as life changes. I wish it were different, but alas, not just yet! I'm working on it!

What has happened in a year on selfsufficientish, er could be here all day.

You might have noticed that the forum has got very busy, we get about two or three times more visitors than this time last year.

June was the busy time for articles and I tried to get up one a day every day in June, perhaps was a bit of a silly move as we have not written many since. I have a back log of articles that have been sent in to go through and put up. The greener office on the front page at the moment seems to be one of the consitantly highly viewed articles. Muddypause wrote a few articles on water, nev has kept up his writing and also a soap making article from newish (well joined in the summer I think) member chickpea. - along with a very comprehensive article on chillies from chilli monster.

And some top reading to get into then! I saw the soap making article actually - who knows, I may even give that a go! But let me just figure out how to keep a plant alive first.....
