The Roadkill Chef

Really good programme on last night on BBC3 following Fergus Drennun a professional forager encouraging people to eat wild food and roadkill (not sure if I'd fancy the roadkill part!). It's a one off programme and repeated tonight (actually tomorrow morning) at 1:55-2:55 am. I'd recomend setting the sky+ or VCRs to record it.

I have put a similar post in the foraging section. A good programme indeed!
It's not easy being Cheezy
So you know how great Salsify is as a veg, what about Cavero Nero,great leaves all through the winter , then in Spring sprouting broccolli like flowers! Takes up half as much room as broccolli
