hello from north lincolnshire

hello there to you all. I've visited this site many times and never noticed it had a forum I'm always looking for recipes and tips.

I live in a council house with my wife and three kids and try and follow permaculture/organic principles in my life as well as in the garden - which is very small.

this week I will be making jam from wild forages and pressing cider with my new press, I'm so excited.

I know I could have made my own but with a polelathe to finish shed to build loft to convert floor to tile ....................... and I went half with a friend so cut the cost. I'm going to try and rent it out to get a bit of money back.
