some of the leeks on the allotment have rust but the old boys dont seem to worry thet trim and eat lol

My leeks had rust last year Gunners, but only a very few of them weren't edible - and I think that was more to do with rot than rust. They've got rust again this year even though they are in a different plot. Also my garlic was very rusty but it hasn't affected the bulbs.

I don't know if there is anything you can do about it, so I don't worry about it!
