I don't which is sicker, that poor unfortunate man, the UK health service, the people who filmed him or you. What you're reasoning to bring this to light is I have no idea but in the absence of any logic I can only assume you get some kick out of watching a clearly demented man.
You're time would be far better served trying to lobby those responsible for the welfare of these poor unfortunates.
I have to say I thought our health service was piss poor but the UK's must be in the toilet altogether if this is acceptable and also doesn't say a lot for the people of this forum who think this is an acceptable post on any terms, what's next dwarves being shot of cannon for our entertainment.
I've re-read my mail and it is aggressive but i'm not going to change it as this really outraged me when I saw the link, which i'd stupidly assumed was about self sufficiency.

that being said
he manages to survive in the outdoors (which is pretty incredible if you consider how cold it gets around here) and catches wild animals as food
apparenty social services tried to take him in years ago but he was apparently deemed uncurable
it wasnt exactly a documentery piece im afraid, i think it was filmed by some young neds(chavs?)
as for getting a kick.........i dont...although your response was mildly amusing
