Just been digging again this afternoon, I kept finding little translucent balls that I think are slug eggs. They were mostly clumped in with the roots of weeds. I destroyed all tat I found.

On return I thought I am not 100% that they were slug eggs and could have been the eggs of something beneficial.

Sounds like slug or snail eggs. Whitish, spherical? Thought of trying slug caviar, but not collected enough yet.

Yep thats the ones, I thought I was right. But not had anyone varify it so cheers.

Over the last week or two I think I could have collect enough to make slug caviar. Can't say that it really appeals to me though :pale:

Just glad that I am getting rid of some of the slug population now rather than when there are plenty of things for them to chew on.
