I'd love to know...

Loads of people voted for Devon as the venue... so there should hopefully be a few folk going.

I thought I try putting up my tent the other day. Good job I did there were no pegs in with it. 3 weeks and counting.

See you all there

Well hopefully there will be more than five people going - I've invited quite a few off site members and the entertainment is booked.

Headlining will be the Retro-Spankies (an up and coming band who are very funny and feature a game of countdown mid-gig) and suporting will be the fantastic Two Dead Dogs - My Band.

There will hopefully be some other bits going on and if anyone wants to play then just PM and I'm sure something can be aranged.

Fantastic Dave....

Looking forward to it even more now....

Woodmaiden is hopefully coming over with her twin girls YAY - not sure whether she'll camp though.

Looking forward to the Ish-fest.

Dammit dammit dammit!

Why did i not spot the Interforum games before tongiht? I could have booked the weekend off work and gone to Devon...in fact, i could have booked the week off and gone on a mad drinking spree with some freinds afterwards!

Oh well....here's to next year!

Well Fee Fairy, I don't remember many games taking place in the end as very few from other forums turned up. It did turn into a mad drinking spree - discovered that a keg of scrumpy is quite enough for one person :drunken:

I wouldn't mind trying to organise a harvest bash, food, home brew, big fire, some guitars - so you might not have to wait til next year - Will talk it over with Andy - Maybe Novemeber- Anyone up for that?

The main problem for me -as for others- was that the event was held too soon. If arrangements were made for a similar meet next August, then more of us could schedule it in.

fair point chilli - What do you think about Dave's November suggestion? Still too soon? We could provisionally say that we are meeting up next August, it was a really nice Venue although possibly not the most convienient for everyone.

Where were you thinking of for November? Food and guitars sounds like a good mix to me!

November would still be too soon for us I reckon... where would you hold it??

We are so skint - I can't see us travelling anywhere far anytime soon.

We (the Neeps!) are planning a scottish gathering next year... and any of the Ishers (a good few of the Neeps! are Ish-Neeps!) are more than welcome to join us too. More when I know more.
