I was so pleased to come across this site a couple of weeks ago - It's great to find one place for so many answers to questions about the things I love, but am generally not quite sure how to do - particularly gardening, foraging, and I have very recently launched myself into home brewing (I'm amazed I didn't start doing this before - a combination of foraging, cooking/chemistry and drinking.... what's not to love?!
)I don't know anyone else that does any of this really, except the helpful men in the homebrew shop and plant nursery near us, who are almost certainly tired of my endless questions, (and a couple of friends that I like to think I am slowly strong-arming into it) - so this community is a very welcome find :)
I would like to say thanks for all the questions I have already had answered, and hopefully for any answers to come! Perhaps one day I will be able to help others out too (beware!!)
