i can feel the warmth from here...

We love hearing from you, so here is your chance. Introduce yourself and tell us what makes you selfsufficient 'ish'. Go on don't be shy, we welcome one and all. You can also tell us how you heard about us if you like.

i can feel the warmth from here...

Post: # 262048Post aliceandthehatter »

epic to find a self sufficientish forum :grouphug:

I'm Alice, 32, lifelong lover of The Hatter, 36 and Mumthing to 2 Sprockets, boy shaped one of 6, girl shaped one of 3...we rock along in a 2nd floor council flat here in windswept northern pastyland and are aspiring self sufficient peoples only hindered by our geographical location (a garden would be a help!)

I have joined as we have come across an old rayburn for sale and i am looking for advice and collective experience as we'll need to renovate and store it for the future and the house which will be ours soon...

I am looking forward to getting to know the forum

Welcome Alice! What's a rayburn?
What if you're wrong? What if there's more? What if there's hope you never dreamed of hoping for?

Hi there and welcome
Let us be lovely
And let us be kind
Let us be silly and free
It won't make us famous
It won't make us rich
But damn it how happy we'll be!
