ANM have a very nice croft near Alford, in Aberdeenshire - house, outbuildings and 66 acres. But, you'll need a bit of dosh as it's offers over £400,000. Anyone fancy setting up a commune? :mrgreen:

Or if you haven't that much cash, then how about two places that have the traditional farmhouses (albeit converted to grain stores) and a bit of land? Offers over £90,000 each.

OOhhh I know the people at the Kildrummy one.... didn't know they were planning to sell though. It's only about a mile from here.

I LOVE the land at Elphillock.. if I had the money I would buy that like a shot. There's a little bit in particular that feels somewhat magical. You sell yours, we'll sell ours, Jo can sell hers... and we could afford to buy it between us lol.

Ina - you could come too but it's a long commute :mrgreen:
