That sounds interesting - wonder if it will work with oranges - guess so. However 900g won't make much of a dent into the amount of apples we have
but I might well have a go one of these days after I've done apple chutney and stewed apple!

Got any quinces MMM? If so, I strongly reccomend Apple & Quince jelly.

No to the quince. I like both apple and quince jelly but there's a limit to how much jam/jelly we can eat - mostly I just give it away! I get thru lots of chutney though.
