another brussels question
the weather has been deicdedly autumnal recently., does this mean my brussels will be early? when do I harvest them?!

Wot she sed, plus it depends a lot on what variety you are growing and when you sowed them.
Modern early F1 varieties can start producing sizeable sprouts by September, in fact last year I had my first cook on 29th of August .. but that was really just to be able to say that we had home grown sprouts in August.
This year I sowed them later so that they start producing later and NOT when we are overwhelmed with runner beans.
