Counter Culture opening inTaunton. We re-design use clothing

Post: # 23824Post counter-culture »

Hi new on here, so excuse the mistakes. My message is clear however, opening community store in taunton Somerset, don't have much to start with (cash) am looking for designers to re-make used, unwanted clothing to sell on comission basis in my store. Can you make patch work? Also wanted knitters, crocheters, can you re-work old costume jewellry and make exciting new funky stuff from tat bought in charity shops..

Store slogan is Recycle, Reworn, Reloved! Also wanted tee shirt printers using natural inks. Does anyone here make or know of recycled paper bag manufacturers in UK?

My direct mail is catwalsh@email.com or please call me 07973873358

Thanks for reading, and passing on message to relevant creative persons:)

I'm just down the road in Welly, I have customised clothes in the past and I am often found in junk/charity shops for recycling projects.......I could put a couple of pieces together for you-jewellery primarily, but if I find some likely looking jem I'll PM you, I'm getting into Folk art at the mo......where in the big smoke are you?
Are you looking for an eco camp to stay for a holiday or to live in?

kind thoughts
Deb

WOW I wish we still lived in somerset....

Sounds great... though we are a bit far away from you.... perhaps one day when we are visiting we'll drop by.

Brilliant idea... LOVE the slogan. Best of luck with it all.

Very, very cool ... now I'm wishing I also lived there!

Alas, I and my passion for recycling old jeans are stuck on the opposite side of the globe ...
