Greetings from Somerset!

Post: # 202897Post ourgoodlifeuk »

Hi All,

i love this site and have been a frequent visitor over the last 9 months that we have been dabbling with self sufficiency. Whilst we are no Tom and Barbara Good we are trying to do our best whilst still paying the mortgage! We are just at the beginning of reaping the rewards from the garden... from eating nasturtiums and beetroot leaves in salads to getting our first new potatoes and broad beans.

I thought it was about time i joined the forum and maybe offer some help here and there, but more likely ask for help and advice myself.... its a long process gathering all the info.

Hi and Welcome from nearby Wiltshire.

If you're interested we're having a meet at Lacock next month. You're more than welcome to join us if it's not too far. Look for the thread on the 2nd Ish Wiltshire Meet.
