So I thought about making a cordial by just quartering the fruit removing the seeds and just boiling it up and using the liquid... damned if I can find a recipe ... thought it would be nice if I added some raspberries to it to give it a lift ... whatya think???

Pear Cordial
anyone got a recipe?
I usually get my hands on some foraged Tettenhall Dick pears a bit later and as they are small can be a bit of a pain ...

Re: Pear Cordial
It needs added sugar, I would have thought. Pear flavour is fine, but diluted pear? I dunno - even with the raspberries. Definitely add sugar, I think.
