Hi,

Please don't think I am just plugging my blog, I just spent a long time putting this bread making tutorial together on my blog and just had to share it! The recipe is a slight adaption of one by Rosendula whom
I would be happy to credit on my blog (pm me!)

thanks i really will have a go at that. I'm sure i thought it was really really hard to do with lots and lots of ingredients.

Hellsbells, I think you have made the instructions very clear for making bread with a 'poolish' which is a great way for improving the texture and flavour of bread. Although I think 3 teaspoons of salt sounds a lot, at least for my taste. Also 20mins at 200degC will probably not be enough if baking standard sized loaves.

Thanks grahamhobbs, yes I think perhaps 20 wouldnt be enough, I never time it, but then I do split the mixture into two smaller loaves, so perhaps it is enough? Obviousely salt can be added to the individual's taste. I think the actual origional recipe asked for four tsps!
