the thing is up until now i have left my head rule my heart at the farm auctions, so we have ended up with quite a few ducks that are either crosses, or we havent got a drake for. Because of the amount of food we are going through we have got to get realistic, and only keep pure breeds, so at least we can hatch pure breed, rather than crosses, and sell the fertile eggs etc.
I have 4 barbury female ducks, that i was going to book into the next local poultry auction, and even though we have a pond/water area for them, they allways look grubby and dirty.,so i was going to give them a bath the night before the auction, so they look nice and clean, as i dont want people thinking they are not very good ducks...I know they will prob end up being bought for food

So i was just wondering does anyone gives their ducks a bath either before an auction or show, and what do you use to clean them?
