Just in case anyone is a Radio 4 fiend like moi (or even if you are not !), there is a programme entitled ' Self-Sufficiency and the Downsizers ' today on Radio 4 (92.4 - 94.6 FM) that analyses John Seymour's " Complete Book of Self-Sufficency " from 1976. That was the book that led me to another wonderful tome on Self-Sufficientish (you may have heard of it....). Good to listen to it and see what you think ?
Cheers
Rob (Bristol)

Re: Radio 4 Programme Today
What time is it on? I mostly have Rad4 on but sometimes the signal goes off (and I don't have a radioTimes or other listings thing)

Re: Radio 4 Programme Today
Well this is weird - I woke up this morning convinced today was Sunday only to be pleasantly surprised that it was Saturday LOL
The programme is on TOMORROW (being Sunday 30th) on R4 at 2.45 PM. Apologies to all for not being part of the human race until at least mid-morning.......... :oop

Love it, Rob. For most of us 12.51pm is afternoon, not mid-morning!
I'll certainly listen in though.

Oh please - don't add to the confusion that already exists in my head as I daily attempt to be part of humankind
