After everyone's help, the plant was identified as Greater Plantain. I picked some of it and put it in my green smoothie. I put the plantain, dandelion greens, frozen blueberries, peaches, apple, a dab of maple syrup and some cherry yogurt in the smoothie. It was delicious! Thanks again for the identification.
