12oz Raisins or Mixed dried fruit
1/2 Pint of tea
6oz Soft Brown Sugar
1 Egg
12oz S/R Flour
Soak fruit in tea overnight, plus sugar.
Next day add egg, and fold in flour.
Bake approx 1hr @ 180c.
I made this today with raisins, apricots, and my own dried apples and it worked a treat.
