or work in progress, got lots?
I seem to have hordes of it, but last week finished a wierd wooly hat, a crochet fireside/bedside rug and a small throw which might become a bathroom curtain, today I finished a pair of socks
bad news is - today I started another pair of socks :?

WIP
hat from various natural homespun just another inch ?
half a knitted rug - not quite sure what colour to use next
half a crochet rug - -ditto-
five spindles with some yarn started
spinning wheel with some yarn started
patterns pinned onto fabrics and folded up
a warp on a frame awaiting inspiration to turn it into a rug
a myriad of fleeces all washed but awaiting picking and carding

Mostly it was all in progress depending on what room I was in or how cold it was (i.e. cold=pick fleece, very cold=knit or crochet a rug) but all got moved when visitors arrived and are only just being found again

Thankfully just OH's jumper which I'm sewing up, but need time to concentrate on that one, so in the meantime started another jumper for me, which this time I'm fiddling around with and doing some cable panels on as I've done enough of plain ordinary ones.

Knitted hot water bottle cover - although now that the weather is warming up that's not quite necessary
Knitted shawl
1/2 built greenhouse - now that the weather is warming up that's really rather necessary
1/2 built kitchen - has been for 2 years
1/2 installed2 way light switch - that's my fault

I've got loads on the go for this year.
I'm in the middle of two quilts with 2 more to start and finnish hopefully before Christmas.
I'm making a pair of lovely soft fleecy PJ's for my middle daughter which has to be finnished by 22nd Feb.
I'm making a fleece all in one PJ suit for the DH, as a joke for his Birthday on 3rd March. He is always saying how he loves the kids ones, so now he's getting his own.  . It's kakhi fleece with sheep on, I hope he likes it, it is REALLY cosy.
I'm making a 50's ish style dress for my daughter who will be 11! how time flys, I just need to make my mind up on the material for that.
I've got loads of little bits and peices to finnish I'm terrible for starting stuff and not finnishing it :? :?

I had stuffed this lot to the back of my mind (and cupboard) but really should finish:

Patchwork quilt (have done about 1/2 a square metre)

old wooden commode (nice looking armchair to the untrained eye!) sitting in garage needs sanding, waxing and upholstering

cross stitch flower fairy (started in 2000!) that I don't really want, even when it is finished.

rusty tin mobo Rocking horse bought at auction for £10 needs sanding/re-spraying

garden bench needs stripping and varnishing/staining.

Must find motivation from somewhere...

:hugish: just stop at the shawl Milims - I wasn't counting building/decorating work - or I could have added all the rooms in my house

Read "WIP" and went all wobbly - haven't seen that acronym since I left work!! Someone will mention "To Do" lists next.

Cross stitch alphabet sampler in progress which has only highlighted quite how bad my close-up vision is getting. I have to take my specs off to work on it and the light has to be very good.

The joys of getting old :( .

I've got one of these as well - half done! Seemed a good idea at the time but it is very complicated with lots of similar colours. Which fairy is it? Mines "la fée mûre" or blackberry fairy. Started when was pregnant with my son (he's 7 now  ). She's work I had forgotten was in progress.

I have a kitchen garden sampler that is a WIP and has been for about 2 years, the problem is, it is too dark during the winter and in summer I have too much to do to cross stitch. Must go dig it out again.

I've got a granny square blanket quarter done, hopefully get it finished by next winter!
Started cutting and pinning a quilt for DS yesterday out of his old tshirts, some are 0-3 months in size and it's quite emotional!!
There's a corset I started about four years ago in the attic - I can't be bothered finishing it as there is absolutely no way this post-pregnancy body will be able to fit in to it now!

I really want to start a cross stitch or embroidery sampler, I love the ones I've seen stitched by 8 year olds.
I know there's more but I can't remember what they are...!

Somewhere in the attic is a half-finished cross-stitch animal smapler that my husband started for our new baby before he was born. The baby has just had his 13th birthday!
I'm doing a grey knitted jacket for me, and a navy sweater for my husband and have done one of a pair of fingerless gloves for me. Also have a felt bag which still hasn't got a handle, and a blouse which is all cut out and ready to sew all stuffed into a carrier bag, and last year's lavender still waiting to be made into lavender bags, and a knitted neck warmer for a friend's birthday...Getting abit bored with those, though - thinking about starting a tapestry.......

I'm slowly clearing up my WIP's but I have a couple...

Blue Stripy Granny Square Blanket - Ran out of yarn yet again so had to put it aside.
Knitted Scarf for my Moms Christmas Gift (for this Christmas coming) - Ran out of yarn... gah!
Cross stitch panel - Well, I decided to buy some blue aida instead of filling in the background with blue which seemed crazy when I looked at it rationally so technically the WIP here is unpicking all the work I have done ready to start again when the blue aida arrives tomorrow (hopefully)
OH's Wooden Battle Box (for re-enactment) Got to finish the other two legs of the box with pyrographed then painted Ivy leaves

Unfortunately I've hurt my knee quite badly so jumping on and off buses is a bit more difficult than it already was with my bad back so I'm waiting until Thursday when OH is going up to the docs for a blood test and going with him so we can pop into the yarn shop while we're out and about.

I also have a blanket for a baby which I started two years ago, got about a quarter of the way through it and forgot about it. I found it while unpacking and don't know if I should carry on and make it and donate it to someone in the area in need or frog it and use the yarn for another project. :?

... erm... I think that's it but I'm sure when we get around to unpacking some more boxes it will throw up a couple more I've forgotten about...
