Hi, I'm Jon, I've just joined after finding this forum via a Google search for "Ginger Beer plant". I live in a cottage in Wiltshire and am just begining to start trying to grow and make things, most succesful so far has been cider! I've signed up for the hombrewing course in Bristol on the 4th Feb.
