Hi
I am looking for a recipe that is full of oats, fruit, seeds etc, but am keen to avoid butter and eggs if possible. I've come across one which sounds like a good start;
1 cup rolled oats
4 cups mixed fruit, seeds, nuts etc
1/3 cup honey
2/3 cup tahini
1 tbsp olive oil
2 eggs
Any ideas what I could use instead of eggs?
