Turning fleece into usable wool?

A friend of a friend has a fleece that she wants turning into wool - is there somewhere you can send them?

just one fleece is difficult - places like the natural fibre companyusually have a lower limit.
so either she has to join in with other people, and not know whose wool she gets back really - or her ebst bet would be to approach someone who spins for a hobby and pay them to process it.
