I am gutted, I would have loved to have gone as its just down the road from me. But I can't afford it, and don't have anyone to look after the kids.

Not really, there are more people likely to go to Ish weekend than there are BGG.

However...i don't mean to sound snarky or anything Andy. BGG is 5 days and costs the same amount as the Weekend at Lower Shaw...

Yep, sorry if you can't afford it folks the price is the set price for every weekend course at LSF and it is how they keep the farm going. Believe me no-one is making a fortune out of it. Should be a good weekend it's a lovely spot.
