having problems hatching them

i feel a bit daft asking this as weve had chickens for forever, but the equation has changed quite a bit.
we used to have the chickens running all about the garden doing there own thing(which was fine)
but have installed an electric fence (the foxes have our number), which is also not too much of a problem. we used to just let the hens hatch there own eggs (there was plenty of space so bieng walked on wasnt a problem) but now we have a fence all the hens are in a smaller space (we have a very large garden) so we decided to put the broody one in a box with the eggs she was sitting on, its been over the 21 day limit (by quite alot i may add) and not a peep. the only thing we can think of is that the eggs may have got a bit cold while we were moving her (we had a small fiasco with catching her)
any advice anyone?

Have you tried candling them over a torch, you can see them move if still viable.
