What exactly happens when you try? Is it happening just with a new PM that you haven't yet had a chance to read, or all old ones as well?

Your PM box isn't full is it? Not that I think that stops you opening them.

well its all working ok now but when i had the problem i would click on new messages and just get a blank screen, and my box has a long way togo before it gets full :) Hopefully it was just a glitch.

hi MMM, like Jarmara, i've just tried to read a p.m., & only got a blank screen. This happened on Sunday also. I thought it was me being cack-handed, but maybe not!

T'is happening to me today

It happened once before but as I was a newbie I just thought it was me doing summat wrong & then after a few days it sorted itself out.

I'm on Firefox if that's relevant.

I couldn't open my pm's via firefox conection, but I tried explorer & could....same computer & same techno-thick operator!

I cant open my PM today, I just get a blank screen when I try. I am running IE and never normally have a problem.

I am still working on this problem.

I have had to disable PMs while I try to fix the issue.
