Your gut flora change in balance to deal with what you eat so yes, occasional beans or mushy peas give most folk the pharts but a healthy mixed diets which includes a good proportion of beans and legumes makes for a healthy gut with few stinky breezes.

grubbysoles, GOOD for you!!! in many ways :)
you are lucky to live in the UK, where its easier to be vegan than it is in the NL.
(especially when being outdoors and eating out )
I found it tough to go vegan (tried 6 months) at a time when my life was a total mess, but still love it and often cook vegan.
plan to try again since in a year or something daughter (carnivore) leaves house.
but I am going to get a soymilk machine soon, so I can make my own stuff like soymilk, yogurt, tofu etc.
