My Husbands mum. She passed away a few months before we got together. I've heard so many stories of her and she sounds a truly marvellous lady.

Jimi Hendrix was a half red indian half black and a great loss at a young age. Only the good die young. He could play Purple Haze, All Along The Watchtower and all the other great songs. Beautiful.

Both my Grandfathers. Never clapped eyes on either of them and have only seen 2 different photos of one... none of the other. No idea what he even looked like.

Reminds me of my mates Dad who's mother died shortly after he was born. He saw a photo of her for the first time just a year ago. He will be in his late 60's. Imagine that. The woman who showed it to him at an exhibition of local old photos did not know he had never seen her. I am sure his world just stopped the second she put it in his hand and said "have you seen this photo of your mother?"
