feeling ever so slightly green today. Got to the allotment for an hour this evening after settling a tired tiddler, (and leaving dh to do the other one). AND I cycled to my mum's and back pulling 2 kids in the bike trailer (about 6 miles?).

Overstretched a thigh muscle today, kneeling on the lav floor, (was persuading my ds1 to perform rather than some bizarre lavatorial display by myself), so dh said best not do much today. Feel really stoopid...

Ah well, bathrooms are dangerous places. I remember the splits I tried to do on the bathroom floor almost two years ago... NOT a good idea. You could say I also overstretched a thing muscle, and it's still not right.

I discovered cycling recently but 20km is my max, all on the flat I have to say.
